Cap feeder, sorter

We offer cap feeders manufactured by Packer Kft. for feeding and orienting caps of different types and sizes. The task of the cap feeder is that the caps arriving in bulk get under the closing head in a given position one by one.

We offer different cap feeders for different types of caps, such as cap sorting elevators (waterfall type), centrifugal feeders, dial feeder and vibratory bowls. These can be used to dose many types of caps, such as plastic screw caps (normal, shorty, sport), flip-top, disctop, push-pull, pourer, measuring, child-proof, plastic press-on, can, metal screw cap, twist-off, etc.

The output of the cap feeder can reach 20,000 caps / hour. The parts are made of various stainless metals and engineering plastics.

The cap feeder can be equipped with cap washer and cap disinfection unit.

We also offer cap applicators to provide the continuous flow of caps to the cap feeder.
