3 and 5 gallon line

We offer complete gallon lines (19 liter - 5 gallon, 11 liter – 3 gallon) covering the entire bottling process from used returned ballons, to filled, finished product. The production line includes cap removal, pressure control, external washing, multi-phase internal rinsing, filling and closing.

Properties:

• Nominal output: up to 1200 bottles/hour.
• Filling method: flow meter, overflow filling.
• Capping: ballon plastic press on cap.
• Line components: cap remover-, pressure control-, external washing-, rinser-filler-closer unit.
