Capping machine

We offer rotary capping machines for PET bottles, glass bottles and metal cans with various caps, with a capacity of up to 12,000 bottles / hour. Due to their construction, the machines ensure high-quality bottle closure, which takes place during the continuous movement of the bottles.

Our capping machines are available for different types of caps in designs with different closing methods. Capping:

• plastic screw cap (normal, shorty, sport),
• metal screw cap,
• crown cork,
• twist-off cap,
• can seamer.

Closing machines are always equipped with a cap feeder depending on the type of cap. The following units can be added optionally to the machines:

• cap feeder
• cap disinfection unit
• cap washer.
