Reconditioned filling lines
One of the main activities of our company is the recondition and distribution of used bottling machines and lines. We undertake the delivery of reconditioned bottling machines and lines with an output of 1.000-50.000 bottles/hour for bottling beer, wines, spirits, champagnes, carbonated and noncarbonated soft drinks, mineral waters, edible oils etc. These products can be filled in glass bottles, PET bottles and metal cans.
From the used machines, which we or one of our partners have on stock, you can choose those ones best suited to your needs. The selected machine(s) will be completely disassembled, reconditioned and converted to your product.
Used machines are purchased from Hungary and other European countries. Without completeness, we deal with the products of the following manufacturers: KRONES, NOLL, KHS, SEN, H&K, SEITZ, O+H, KETTNER, WINTERWERB, PERRIER, LANGGUTH, SIMONAZZI, BERTOLASO, ROBINO & GALANDRINO etc. Currently available used machines, can be found under „Used machines in stock" menu.
If you have your own bottling machine or line, we undertake to refurbish and repair it. In case of product or form change, we make the conversion of your machine or line.
We offer reconditioned bottling machines and lines with an output of 1.000-50.000 bottles/hour such as:
- bottle washers, bottle rinsers, crate washers,
- craters, decraters, palletisers, depalletisers,
- saturators, mixers,
- bottle fillers, crown corkers, screw cappers, corkers, inspectors,
- labelling machines for front, back, neck and wraparound labels, and tax sticker stampers
- capsule feeding, smoothing, shringking machines, shrinkwrappers
- air conveyors, bottle-, crate-, and pallet conveyors.
In case of complete production line, we also undertake the delivery of the following complementary equipments:
- refrigerators (cooling systems), air compressors,
- tanks, pumps, filters, syrup tanks, water-treatment units etc.
The machines are completely disassembled during the renovation, than the frames and other components are surface cleaned and painted. The damaged or faulty components are replaced, and the necessary parts are manufactured. All machines are equipped with new electrical equipment, and if required with frequency control and PLC control.
We design your bottling plant according to your product and needs. The completed filling line will be commissioned with the participation of your experts according to the operating conditions.
Our refurbished machines are sold with 6 months warranty.
